We were moving to Bellingham from out of town and didn’t have any connections so I just hit the button on the Zillow app to be connected with an agent that’s how we met Olivia. She took us on many a video walk-thru and set aside a whole weekend basically when we were coming to town to look at houses, but then of course the perfect house became available a fews before we were coming and it got two offers in 6 hours. Olivia got us in for a video tour and helped us write the best offer in an hour or two and we got the house! She helped us navigate the entire process and coordinated everything from financing connections to local professionals for upgrades. 10/10 recommend.
